District 35 Councils

The Waterloo Knights of Columbus is part of District 35 of the Ontario State Knights of Columbus.  The following councils are part of this district:

• Fr. Funcken Council 1504, Kitchener
• Fr. Hugh MacKinnon Council 8192, Elmira
• Council 9276 St. Marks Parish, Kitchener
• Fr. Theabald Spetz Council 5135, Waterloo

Fourth Degree

Within the District there is also a Fourth Degree Assembly.  The Supreme site describes the purpose of the 4th degree as:

"The primary purpose of this degree is to foster the spirit of patriotism in members and the community at large and encourage active Catholic citizenship. Today there are some 300,000 Fourth Degree Knights out of the total 1.6 million member Knights of Columbus."
